JB Hi-Fi Business recognises the importance of keeping your fleet connected and running smoothly. That’s why we’ve developed Tech Care+ Fleet — an optional, purpose-built service designed for fleets of 100+ devices. Tech Care+ Fleet provides three or four years of coverage under our Warranty Guarantee, unlimited Any Reason Refresh service requests and 2% loan pool stock for eligible customers, helping minimise disruption.

Unlimited Any Reason Refresh service requests

Whether it's a scratch or major damage, devices are covered. Restore devices to optimal working condition whenever needed, throughout the 3 or 4-year plan term.

2% Loan Pool Stock

2% Loan pool stock for instant device swaps. *Minimum 50 devices within the fleet that are the same make and model to qualify for loan

Courier Collection

Priority couriering for all service requests made.

Monthly Invoicing

Monthly invoicing streamlines the service request process..

Tech Care+ Refresh plan

We diagnose, restore and return your device to you, ready to redeploy across your fleet. Your device will be brought back to optimum working condition through diagnostics and the replacement of parts that are damaged or not operating at optimal capacity (such as batteries), and cleaned of debris and dirt.

Visit JB Hi-Fi Business Care+ Hub and log in with your registered email.

Your service requests are administered by bolttech, on behalf of JB Hi-Fi, and are subject to the JB Hi-Fi Tech Care+ Fleet Terms and Conditions .

Was your Tech Care+ Fleet plan invoiced before?

We're moving administration of Tech Care+ Fleet plans from SquareTrade to bolttech Digital Services ANZ Pty Ltd 39 694 727 707. Your benefits, coverage and service request fees all stay the same.

Where you make a service request depends on when your plan was invoiced and whether your plan has moved yet. We'll email you from [sender name at sender address] when your plan has moved to bolttech.

If you have received that email

Your plan has moved. Make service requests through bolttech:
