How can I change the address for an online order? In the interest of offering a secure platform for your business, website users are not able to type in free-text delivery addresses. Your customer administrator may load all the required addresses for your business to the website for staff to select from a convenient drop-down list.

When will I receive a statement? Statements are generated during the first week of each month. We are unable to update statements following payments received and allocated.

Is an invoice enclosed with the order? We do not include an invoice with orders; however, you will receive a packing slip. Invoices will be emailed out once stock has been dispatched, alternatively you can download invoices from the Order History page once they have been generated.
