Your order number is included in your order confirmation email sent after purchase.
You can also find it at any time in your Order History.

How do I track my order online?

You can track your order status in your Order History. Access it from the My Account menu.
From the order summary, you’ll see the overall status of your order. Select an order to view full details, including item-level status.

Why is my preferred store not offered as a collection point?

Your preferred store may not appear as a collection option if the selected product(s) are not available at that location.

Can I add one or more items in an order I have already submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be edited or have items added.
If you need additional products, please place a separate order.

If an item is showing no longer available on the website, can I still order it?

If a product is shown as “No Longer Available,” it is usually discontinued and can no longer be ordered.
We recommend selecting an alternative from our online range.

My item has gone to backorder, but the website says it was available

This can occur when stock is purchased at the same time by multiple customers.
In some cases, another order may be processed just before yours, resulting in the item moving to backorder.

How can I change the address for an online order?

Delivery addresses cannot be entered manually on the website.
Instead, your Customer Administrator can pre-load approved business addresses, which users can then select from a drop-down list when placing an order.

I have not received an order confirmation email, what do I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please log in to the website first.
Check your shopping cart in case the order has not been completed. You may still need to proceed through checkout.
You can also check your Order History to see if the order has been placed successfully and view its status.

Can I use my company's internal order or purchase order number?

Yes. During checkout, you can enter your internal reference or purchase order number in the designated field.

How do I apply for a credit limit increase?

- From the cart page, select ‘Save as Template’

When you sign in, you’ll see a list of your customer numbers. Simply select the one you want to use. You can also switch between them at any time from the My Account menu.

The website says user access is denied, what do I do?

Your access may have been deactivated by your Customer Administrator, or automatically deactivated after 6 months of inactivity.
Please contact your Customer Administrator to have your login reactivated.

I seem to have forgotten my password, how do I login?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time.

If you don’t receive the email, check your junk or spam folder, or contact your business administrator for assistance.

Who should I contact if I have not received confirmation of my user registration?

If you haven’t received confirmation, there are a couple of possible reasons depending on how your organisation is set up:
If self-registration is enabled:
Your request is sent to your business administrator for approval. We recommend contacting your business administrator directly to confirm whether your request is still pending. This is typically a business manager, finance/accounts team member, or another internal approver.
If your organisation has recently been onboarded or self-registration is not enabled:
User access may be created manually as part of the onboarding process. In this case, your account may not have been set up yet. Please contact your business administrator to check on the status of your access.
If you’re unsure which applies, your business administrator will be able to advise.
